Free CPR Training to Save 100 Lives in 100 Days

Free Training Program in Buffalo, NY

The free CPR training program to save “100 lives in 100 days” is now underway, thanks to the Tri-Community Ambulance and the program’s co-sponsor, Action CPR LLC.

Their goal is to provide free CPR and AED training to at least 100 people.

According to the program’s web site, “bystander-witnessed cases had a 31.4% survival rate” compared to a “10.6% survival rate” for those who we’re not assisted by a bystander prior to the arrival of emergency services personnel. ┬áTri-Community Ambulance looks to change the outcome for cardiac arrest victims by ensuring that more of the public can provide CPR and AED assistance before emergency personnel arrive.
